To respond to these changes and opportunities, lifelong learning will be the new normal. As a guide to this learning process, with a team of 60 experts, Agoria mapped out the most relevant competencies of today and 2030 for more than 300 profiles. The result of this Be The Change study forms the basis of our new DigiSkills Passport and Digital Skills Competence Center.

This new tool enables companies to map the digital readiness of their employees and to provide them with a personal learning path. Thanks to the DigiSkills Passport, every employee discovers what his/her growth path is in terms of digital skills, needed to confidently face the future.

Prepare for the jobs of the future

The DigiSkills Passport is a selection of 27 personal and professional skills, divided into 3 categories: Personal Skills, Personal Digital Skills and Professional Digital Skills. The research maps no less than +300 profiles and matches these with the digital skills that people will need now and in 2030.

The result offers a nuanced insight into current strengths and learning opportunities and serves as an incentive to prepare employees for the jobs of the future and thereby strengthen their position on the labor market.
